Privacy

Police FCU IT staff assumes that employees are using their computers appropriately. IT does not
randomly read Credit Union staff files, email, or review web surfing habits. If there is a suspicion of
wrongdoing, IT reserves the right, after getting written permission from the President/Chief Executive
Officer (CEO), to monitor usage, read files and read email. Routine maintenance and monitoring of
the system may lead to the discovery that the user has or is violating this Acceptable Use Policy. At
this point, IT will contact CEO before continuing further. Although Police Federal Credit Union has an
internal rule that requires IT to seek CEO approval before monitoring employees, system users have
no right of privacy and should have no expectation of privacy in materials sent, received, or stored on

              Police Federal Credit Union systems.
