EMPLOYMENT REFERENCES


              There may come a time when an employee decides to pursue other employment opportunities or is
              discharged  from  his  or  her  position  at  Police  FCU.  To  protect  the  Credit  Union  and  respect  the
              employee’s  privacy,  reference  information  on  former  employees  will  only  be  verified  by  Human
              Resources and information provided shall be limited to the following:

                  a.  Dates of Employment;

                  b.  Current or Last Salary;

                  c.  Position Title;

                  d.  And Type of Work Duties Performed.


              REHIRE ELIGIBILITY
              Police FCU may find it beneficial to rehire a former employee who is competent and who left the

              organization on good terms. Included in the benefits of rehiring a former employee are:

                  a.  A known commodity;

                  b.  Considerably less expensive to bring back than recruiting unknown candidates;

                  c.  Less retraining because of reduced learning curves;

                  d.  Often bring competitive intelligence and a broader knowledge of the market.
