earlier.” “But I love your description of guru vs teacher. Yes, we in the West use the word

guru rather arbitrarily. You would recall that while discussing communication, we talked that

people use English words differently based on their cultural background. This is a great

example. I will be choiceful in use of the word guru from here on.”

“More importantly Dan, you have unknowingly created a model for Learning.”

“I am not sure if you got all your answers, but you have certainly given me answers to the

questions that I did not even have.” And he laughed.

Dan liked what he heard but was puzzled; he had no clue of the model he just created! He

thought communicating through ‘Silence’ was wiser than exhibiting ignorance.”

“What do you think Dan? Have your questions been answered?”

Dan found his voice. “More than answered Ron. I feel blessed that I came to you. Past few

weeks have transformed my personal and work life. I cannot thank you enough.”

“No need to thanks me Dan. It is all because of your commitment -- Seek, Soak, and Sift,

using your words, which I very much like. But to complete the model, allow me the liberty to

add another S – Share.

Dan was elated and thought to himself, ‘did not realize that my wordplay was a model!’. Pleased

with his decision to keep his ignorance to himself, he asked ‘intelligently’, “I am not clear about
