22nd April 1939, and enclosures, from tne Political Agent, Bahrain,
together witn the papers mentioned in nia paragraph 2 (4). The
other papero referred to by him nave been forwarded previously to
the ‘India Office and tne Government of India.

case and nia summary in Paragraph 13 confirms my opinion given in
paragraph 7 of my Lxpreso Letter No.428-8, dated tne 25th May 1936,
