5. When emptying bin, turn rigging screw anti-clockwise on the side of bin to open the door, stand well
away from the door, and ensure nobody is standing behind it as it is under pressure and will fly open,
empty load as normal, shut the door, secure sheet on hooks at the bottom of the door.

6. When returning bin, lower bin so the rollers are on the floor in front of guide rails, remove pins and
the tube, which must be placed on top of ram body, and remove sheet,

7. Then slide bin over guide rails which must be done with bin 6 inches from the floor. Reverse until the
bin locates the ram body, check bin is straight and tight up against ram body, once again, use the
truck to keep bin in place.

8. Re attach locking bars and then detach truck from bin. Switch compactor ram to normal position,
leave site, getting your ticket signed by security.

Double check that the pin off tubes are refitted into the hinged flaps on the packer box face before
the container is fitted ready for use.
