How it works:
Constructs a virtual boundary which allows advertisers to send mobile advertising to anyone entering their area
from 5 days ago to 6 months ago via their unique IP address. Also, can target visitors that have been to a
competitor’s or similar profile locations, demand drivers for your market – business or leisure focus – and
events too.
