With the egalitarian principle of Minang customs
which views the social status of humans as equal,
supporting education so that everyone really wants to
learn and master a field of science and not half-assed, so
that later they can become specialists in a particular
science. This is related to placement in the field of work
that is tailored to their respective fields. Minang proverb
states:
Anjalai grows inwait,
sugi-sugi in a grove of rice,
to be smart, diligent guru,

I want to raise my mind high.
In education, it is necessary to have levels that
show that all knowledge starts from the basics to a
higher level. This does not mean ignoring one's desires
and talents. Which is stated in the customary proverb:
Bajanjang goes up, Batanggo goes
down,
rise from the ladder below,
down from the tango nan in ateh,
