In the above proverb it is explained how custom
supports professionalism, a person will be more
appreciated according to his talents and desires.
Therefore, it can be concluded that traditional education
will ultimately stem the alienation that will lead to
humans who are unable to recognize the environment
and are very individualistic, even though education
directs the community to explore a field of science.
Therefore, adat provides and fortifies its people through
social education, as stated in the following adat
tradition:
