Students have innate factors that are in themselves

and are potentials that must be developed.
Educators are tasked with directing and developing

the nature contained in these students. Then

educators have the responsibility to keep students
from falling into the valley of error, so that here

there is an element of instilling values that
educators must do to students. Instilling

(internalization) this value is related to the
methodology of planting Islamic values. However,

there is a fundamental difference between the

convergence of the West and the convergence of
Islam. According to Suwito: Convergence theory is

better known as worldly welfare because its
                          philosophical foundation is anthropocentric, while

Islam can be classified as theocentric. Both
education based on anthropocentric and theocentric

philosophy recognizes the existence of freedom as

well as attachment. Freedom implies that students
essentially have the ability to succeed in learning.

The attachment implies that any business can be

threatened by failure due to various factors. It's just
that if anthropocentric philosophy bases attachment
