3. Employeess who intend to leave work to perform the pilgrimage
must apply for a permit in writing along with proof of registration
to Management no later than 30 days before their scheduled
departure.
4. The Pilgrimage Leave is valid only for permanent Employee and
applied just once during his/her entire employment service with
the Bank.
5. Pilgrimage Leave shall not affect the Employee performance
evaluation.
Article 25
Permission To Leave Work with Salary/Without Salary
1. For some reason that rarely happens but directly affects the
Employee, such as taking a child to the doctor, picking up child’s
school report, religious festive preparation, having an accident, or
any other urgent matter, Employee can be granted a permission
to leave the Job for a maximum of 2 hours.
2. Half Day Leave
To accommodate Employee’s personal urgent needs that may
take more than 2 hour to settle and also by considering the Bank’s
operational continuity, Employee is allowed to take a ½ leave,
which shall automatically deduct his/her annual leave
entitlement. A ½ leave and a permission to leave the Job as stated
in point 1 above cannot be taken conseistirahatvely.
3. Special Leave
Employeess have the right to leave work that must be taken
sequentially from or after the occurrence of the following events:
a. Marriage of the Employee concerned: 5 (five) working days and
applies just once during the entire service year with the Bank.
b. Marriage of a lawful child: 3 (three) working days.
c. The lawful wife of an Employee gives birth: 5 (five) working
days and has miscarriage: 2 (two) working days.
d. Members of the family passed away:
Husband/wife, employee's legitimate children, or parents/in-
laws or siblings: 3 (three) working days.
