e.  Baptism/circumcision of a lawful child: 2 working days.
                 f.  Female  Employee’s monthly period: 2  working days. In the
                    event that an employee takes menstrual leave, it is mandatory
                    to attach a doctor's certificate if taking menstruation leave for
                    more than  1 (one) day  [Consideration: if a  employees
                    experiences  severe menstrual disorders, a complete and
                    thorough doctor's examination is needed so that she receives
                    proper medical treatment].
                 g.  Family members who live in one house: 1 working day.

              4.  Applications for permission to leave work must be submitted by
                 the Employees to Management no later than 2 days before the
                 date of leaving work except for births and deaths.
              5.  The  right to leave  work only applies  on  the  date  the  incident
                 occurred.
              6.  If the Employees is obliged to carry out legal obligations, including
                 attending court hearings, being a witness in court and others, the
                 time is determined based on need, the Employees must submit an
                 application for a permit to Management  accompanied by valid
                 evidence of the summons.
              7. At the request of the Employees, Management can give permission
                 to leave work without Wages outside the provisions above.


                                        Article 26
                            Five-Days Consecutive Off the Office

              1.  Every Employee, in every fiscal year, is obliged to leave office for
                 at least 5 (five) consecutive days for a minimum of one time
                 within a year.

              2.  5 (five) consecutive days off the office obligation may be fulfilled
                 in the form of attending a training program, conducting a business
                 trip, taking a leave as regulated in Articles 21, 25, 38 and 39, or
                 any combination of all of them.
