               Explain the functions of products




               Yoon: Don’t you think that the constitution of our ARC system is splendid, and that the color, on
                  the whole, is quite bright? No wonder we call this product, Super-color TV. The color scheme
                  can also be adjusted using different menus. With our item, viewers can modify the color of
                  their TVs as if they are painters.
               Adams: That’s right. Super-color TV sets are typically quite clean and bright. They usually func-
                  tion very well too, from my point of view.
               Yoon: Thank you! Incidentally, I think our item has good functions as well. It produces good
                  sound quality too when connected to a VTR, DVD, or computer game system. With our simul-
                  taneous double screening, viewers can watch two different products on two different channels
                  at the same time! Isn’t that great? At the same time, our TV design is very elegant. I’m sure it
                  will complement any interior décor.
               Adams: That’s a plus factor. We have found that it is very important to have an excellent design as
                  well as good quality. People get turned off by poor or dull designs. Attractiveness does count.
                  And it counts a lot. You’re lucky to have produced a very classy design for your TVs.

                  I explore my phone’s features and parts. I usually do this when the phone is new and I
                  continuously do it during idle time. I keep on discovering new features. I also read the
                  user’s manual to know more about the features.

               3.  What strategy works best in informing clients about the features of your
