               John: We’re familiar with that. That’s a very important point.
               Hong: Besides, any operational problems should be of a minor nature and easy to take care of.
                  We can’t guarantee that there won’t be any problems, but we can assure you that they will be
                  reduced to a minimum. You can depend on the good name that we have earned in this busi-
                  ness.
               John: That’s very reassuring to know. I need to hear that. You know how much hassle machine
                  malfunctions can be. We want to prevent that as much as possible.
               Hong: I’d like to add that, in Seoul, another large car manufacturer has already received 50 of
                  these units and we have orders pending for 180 more. We have worked for so long with these
                  companies and you can trust them.

               John: Well, that brings us to another point then.








               1.  How much does your client trust your name in the business?

                  Sample answer:
                  I think we enjoy the full trust of all our clients. Our name enjoys a good reputation in
                  the business. Our clients only have good words for us. We have worked with different
                  companies and we never had any bad relationship with any of them. That’s why we
                  always tell future clients to ask around about us to know our reputation. That’s how
                  confident we are.


               2.  How do you assure your clients that you provide quality service or quality
                  products?


                  Sample answer:
                  Besides our good name which is the best assurance that we can offer, we also have a
                  comprehensive assurance contract that provides repairs and free spare parts within a
                  given period of time.

               3.  Would you say that you offer a competitive warranty or assurance?

                  Sample answer:
                  Yes, definitely. If you will look around the market, you’ll discover that some companies
                  only offer either service or spare parts but rarely both. Their time frame for such an of-
