1. Starting in your boxing stance, take a lateral step in the
                direction of rear foot. Push off your lead foot, keeping it in

                starting position.

                2. As you step off, extend your jab. Retract your jab as you
                push off your rear foot to step back to your starting position.

                3. Step off in the lateral direction of your lead foot. Push off

                your rear foot, keeping it in starting position.

                4. As you step off, extend your cross. Retract your cross as
                you push off your lead foot to step back to your starting
                position.
