1. Starting in your boxing stance, take a step laterally in the
                direction of your rear foot. Keep your lead foot in its original

                position. As you step off, extend your jab.

                2. Retract your jab as you push off your rear foot to return it
                back to its starting position.

                3. As you push off your rear foot, throw a rear uppercut that

                connects with its target at the same time as your rear foot
                returns to its original position.
