PENDULUM STEP—SIDE TO SIDE

                                               (SOUTHPAW)


                The aim of this exercise is to keep your entire body
                weight over a designated point, a perceived “X,” by

                leaning on the foot that stands on the designated
                center point.



























                1. Start with your right (lead) foot on the perceived “X.”

                Bring your feet parallel by stepping your rear foot forward,
                and lean your weight over the right foot.

                2. Keeping your weight over the “X,” shuffle your feet to
                switch out the right foot with your left foot. Lean to the left

                to shift your weight over your left foot.

                3. Shuffle your feet to place the right foot back on the
                perceived “X,” simultaneously leaning to the right and
                shifting your weight over your right foot.


                Repeat this side-to-side movement along the frontal plane,
                alternating the right and left foot on the “X” while shifting
                your weight over each respective foot, for 1 minute.
