2. Lower your right elbow toward your hip to protect your
                body. Make sure that your right hand is tightly pressed
                against your chin. Again, the same arm that catches the

                punch throws the counterpunch; throw a right uppercut. You
                can also follow up with a left hook after throwing the
                counter right uppercut.





















                3. Lift your left shoulder to your ear, keeping your elbow
                tucked in. Make sure your left hand stays pressed against

                the lateral aspect of your head. Follow up with a counter left
                hook.
