Alternate between power shots and nonstop straight
                punches every round.





                       JUMP ROPE AND DOUBLE-UNDER

                                                      JUMPS


                You will need a boxing bell timer for this exercise.
                Set the timer for a 3-minute round with a 1-minute
                rest period in between rounds. You will complete 3

                rounds.

                1. Start jumping when the bell sounds.

                2. Switch to double-under jumps when the rest bell sounds.
                Double-under jumps require more air time, as the rope
                travels under your feet twice in one repetition. Make sure

                that you keep your legs fully extended, and slightly kick
                both feet in front of you by bending at the waist when you
                jump.
