Transmission axle-transmission axle assembly

(b). Central drum parking brake:
Connect the intermediate transmission axle
and the parking brake drum.
• New nuts must be replaced with.
• Screw down the 4 nuts, and connect
the intermediate transmission axle and
the transmission output axle.
Torque:
Vehicle Torque
1051 series 58~70 N·m
1061 series 130~160 N·m
1089 series 130~160 N·m

Caution:
The installation must be carried out in
accordance with the matchmarks made before.

(c). Install the intermediate bearing support.
• New bolts must be replaced with.
• Screw down the 2 bolts and install the
intermediate axle support.
Torque: 130 ～ 160 N•m
5. Install the transmission axle of rear axle
(a). Connect the transmission axle of rear axle
and the intermediate transmission axle.
• New nuts must be replaced with.

• Screw down the 4 bolts and connect
the transmission axle of rear axle and
the intermediate transmission axle.
Torque:

Vehicle Torque
1051 series 58~70 N·m
1061 series 130~160 N·m
1089 series 130~160 N·m
Caution:
The installation must be carried out in
accordance with the matchmarks made before.
Hint:
Notice the direction of the cross shaft grease
nipple of the universal joint and make it have the
same direction with the grease nipple of the
intermediate transmission axle so as to fill
lubricating grease.
