Rear axle- Driving gear assembly

Overhaul

1. Remove the driving gear assembly
(a). Make matchmarks on the flange to
ensure that the direction of the flange
will not change during the installation.

(b). Loosen the 7 bolts of the driving gear
bearing seat.

(c). Take out the driving gear assembly from
the housing of main reducing gear.

(d). Remove the adjusting washer of the
driving gear bearing seat.
Notice:
The adjusting washer of the driving gear
bearing seat removed and can’t be used again.

2. Disassemble the driving gear assembly
(a). Pull out the cotter pin and loosen the
flange nut.
