Rear axle- rear wheel brake

Air-cut off brake:
• Install the left rear brake chamber
clevis, install the cotter pin and lock
up.

4. Connect the air inlet pipe to the left
rear brake chamber
(a). Connect the air inlet pipe to the left rear
brake chamber
Central drum brake:
• Connect the air inlet pipe to the left
rear brake chamber and screw down
the terminal nuts of air pipe.
Torque: 32～42 N•m

Air-cut off brake:
• Connect the 2 air inlet pipes to the
left rear brake chamber and screw
down the terminal nuts of air pipe.
Torque: 32～42 N•m

5. Adjust the rear wheel brake (refer to “chapter 26 service brake-front wheel brake,
adjustment”)
6. Brake system seal tightness test (refer to “chapter 26 service brake-brake system,
on-vehicle inspection”)
