Transmission (646b/651b)-transmission assembly

(b). Insert into the reverse gear shaft.

Notice:
• Inspect whether the seal ring is aged or cracked
and replace with a new one if necessary.
• Make sure that the groove of reverse gear shaft is
upward to the locking plate of the reverse gear
shaft.

(c). Install the cover plate of the power take-off hole and
screw up the bolts.
Torque:

646B 57~76 N•m
651B 57~76 N•m

Hint:
Apply sealant while installing the cover plate of the power
take-off hole.

(d). Install the locking plate of the reverse gear shaft.

Hint:

The locking plate of the reverse gear shaft shall be
inserted into the groove of reverse gear shaft.

16. Install the secondary-axle assembly
(a). Install the secondary-axle assembly into the
transmission housing.
