SUCCESSFUL 8TH ANNUAL GRANDMOTHERS PRE-VALENTINE'S DAY GALA
Ms. Tonya M. Lewis, Founder/President of Children With A Vision, Inc., says the event for grandmothers gets bet- ter each year. She believes it’s important to “give them their flowers while they yet live.” There were 600 grand- mothers who enjoyed the Pre-Valentine’s Day Grandmothers Gala last Sunday afternoon at Ft. Harrison Hotel. The elegant event featured an evening of great entertainment, wonderful food and great people. Among those recognized shown with Ms. Lewis, far right were: Clemence Chevrot, Mother Marie Tarver-White, Felecia Acosta, and Sheliah Youngblood.
