The chief executive is a crucial element for study in any case study.
The CEO is responsible for developing the organisations strategy. It is
his/her character which colours and influences the organisation. It is
necessary, therefore, to look at the abilities, style and administrative
competence of the Chief Executive as these will be reflected in the
