               While there are many ways you come in contact with the public, focus initially on

               the big three - when people call, click or come in.
               For each of these, you want to have your response and your marketing setup to
               be clear, compelling and consistent - no matter how it is they reach out to you.
               What they hear on the phone should match what they see on your website. What

               they see on your website should be the same they receive in reply to an e-mail.
               By being consistent, clear and concise, you will do a better job than your

               competitors; many of whom provide conflicting and confusing information.  By
               building your case following what we’ve shown you throughout this book
               (Remember, it’s all about THEM and has nothing to do with YOU), you will be well
