               Your goal over time is to create a community of ‘raving fans’. Teach yourself and
               your team to practice the art of under-promising and over-delivering. In fact, it
               should be your mantra.

               When you the simple things exceptionally well:

                       ●  Be ‘John Smith’ for a day,
                       ●  Practice the Golden Rule,
                       ●  Bring empathy and kindness to your communication,
                       ●  Heartfelt ‘Thank You’s’

               Guess what happens in a very short period of time when you apply these
               principles? The customer who historically buys from you for a month now comes
               back again and again for 6-12 months.  That business whose average client lasts a

               year, now last 18 months, 2 years or even longer.
               We told you small, incremental growth of just 10% improvement will have a big
               impact on your financial success. When it comes to customers lasting longer, you
               can see an easy improvement of 10% and most of our client’s see 20% to 30%+
               within just a year.


               Remember to keep everything you do through the prism of your customer’s eyes.
