(m) Recommends programs for the professional growth of the teachers.
(n) Conducts regular meetings with the faculty and the staff of the Senior High School and
updates them of the issues, concerns and developments in the Senior High School.
(o) Coordinates the efforts of school community members towards excellence in
education.
(p) Represents the SHS in multi-sectoral meetings of the School.
(q) Prepares, in consultation with the Subject Teachers, recommendations for the revisions
and enrichment of the subject area curriculum program.
(r) Recommends faculty members who will attend seminars.
(s) Conducts regular classroom observation of the teachers in his/her area.
(t) Evaluates faculty performance.
(u) Follow up in coordination with the Subject Teachers, students who need remediation.
(v) Conduct regular meetings with the teachers.
(w) Assists in the maintenance of student discipline in and out of the school campus.
(x) Coordinates with the Students Affairs Office regarding activities of academic clubs.
(y) Represents his/her colleagues and serves as channel between the faculty and the
administration.
(z) Assists in the supervision and planning of activities of the academic clubs.
(aa) Performs other duties that may be assigned by the School Director.
Coordinates with: Student Affairs Office, GCO, School Nurse, Registrar, HRDMO,
Safety and Security Officer, Property Custodian, Facility Services Supervisor, Technical Support
and other services staff.
• Level Coordinators (Grade 11 and 12)
a) He/she reports directly to the Principal and coordinates with the other Principal;
b) May not be assigned as class adviser;
c) Make his/her team a cohesive group within the given level and provides initiative to bring to
the Principal’s attention the students who need special assistance and guidance;
d) Reminds the class advisers on the maintenance and use of classroom bulletin boards;
e) Disseminates information and makes follow-ups on instruction given by the principal;
f) Facilitates the completion and submission of list of awardees, list of students for remedial
program and ranking of students every quarter;
g) Facilitates the printing of certificates for quarterly awards;
h) Submits to the Principal the list of students for re-sectioning;
i) Checks and reports the attendance of teachers to the Principal;
j) Holds regular meetings (at least once a month) with the members of his/her team;
k) Keeps the principal informed about matters discussed by the team and professional needs of
the team etc.
l) Is the animator of Immaculadian values in his/her level; and
m) Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Principal.
