(u) Follow up in coordination with the Subject Teachers, students who need remediation.
(v) Conduct regular meetings with the teachers.
(w) Assists in the maintenance of student discipline in and out of the school campus.
(x) Coordinates with the Students Affairs Office regarding activities of academic clubs.
(y) Represents his/her colleagues and serves as channel between the faculty and the
administration.
(z) Assists in the supervision and planning of activities of the academic clubs.
(aa) Performs other duties that may be assigned by the School Director.
Coordinates with: Student Affairs Office, GCO, School Nurse, Registrar,
HRDMO, Safety and Security Officer, Property Custodian, Facility Services Supervisor,
Technical Support and other services staff.
• Level Coordinators (Pre-school, Grade School and Junior High School)
a. Appointed by the Principal through the recommendation of the Vice Principal,
b. He/she reports directly to the Vice Principal and coordinates with the other Vice Principals;
c. May not be assigned as class adviser;
d. Make his/her team a cohesive group within the given level and provides initiative to bring
to the Vice Principal’s attention the students who need special assistance and guidance;
e. Reminds the class advisers on the maintenance and use of classroom bulletin boards;
f. Disseminates information and makes follow-ups on instruction given by the Vice principal;
g. Facilitates the completion and submission of list of awardees, list of students for remedial
program and ranking of students every quarter;
h. Facilitates the printing of certificates for quarterly awards;
i. Submits to the Vice Principal the list of students for re-sectioning;
j. Checks and reports the attendance of teachers to the Vice Principal;
k. Holds regular meetings (at least once a month) with the members of his/her team;
l. Keeps the Vice principal informed about matters discussed by the team and professional
needs of the team etc.
m. Is the animator of Immaculadian values in his/her level; and
n. Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Vice Principal or the Principal.
Coordinates with: Accounting, Admission Officer, Student Affairs Office, GCO, School
Nurse, Registrar, Librarian, HRDMO, Property Custodian, Facility Services Supervisor, Technical
Support and other services staff.
o Level Team Leader (Under the JHS Level Coordinator)
The Grade Level Team Leader is responsible for the effective operation and communication
within the team unit and between the team and administration.
Essential Functions:
1. Conducts weekly meetings of the grade level team to disseminate information and
respond to requests from the principal.
2. Records minutes of team meetings and submits copies to the principal.
3. Coordinates field trips and special activities for the team.
4. Assists in the integrated curriculum development instructional program) of assigned
grade levels.
