6)  Conducts case conferences and training programs for the administrators, faculty members,
                                 homeroom advisers, parents / guardians, and other significant partners to generate their
                                 cooperation  in  the  provision  of guidance  and  counseling  services  to  students  and  in  the
                                 development and implementation of further interventions.
                             7)  Develops,  maintains  and  updates  consolidated  demographic  and  sociological  profiles  of
                                 students from profiles derived from testing and guidance interventions.
                             8)  Extends corollary guidance and counseling services to parents/ guardians of students and
                                 to employees of the institution on the client’s request.
                             9)  Plans  and  implements  special  programs  such  as  career  counseling,  activities  of  peer
                                 facilitators, leadership programs, etc.; develops and implements personality enhancement
                                 and personal growth programs and other group dynamics activities and learning sessions
                                 for student and faculty members.
                             10)  Prepares  homeroom  guidance  modules  and  monitors  their  implementation  by  the
                                 homeroom advisers at the elementary and high school levels.
                             11)  Disseminates  guidance-related  information  through  bulletin  board  postings  newsletters,
                                 and  other  reading  materials  as  well  as  during  conferences  with  the  parents  and  faculty
                                 meetings.
                             12)  Participates / assists in the implementation of curricular, co-curricular, and special projects,
                                 activities, and programs of the academic units.
                             13)  Assists the School Heads in promoting and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships
                                 among school constituencies.
                             14)  Provides basic guidance services to students like the administration and interpretation of
                                 tests  to  determine  the  strengths  and  weaknesses  of  students  and  to  resolve  problems
                                 affecting academic performance.
                             15)  Helps in the recruitment and selection of scholars.
                             16)  Performs such other duties as may be directed by his superiors.

                                                              Coordinates with:  The Principal, Program Head, Research, Activity
                                                      Coordinator, Data Protection Officer, Librarian, Safety and Security Officer,
                                                      Property Custodian, and other services staff

                      ▪   Guidance Counselling Staff
                             Under  the  direction  of  the  Guidance  Counselor,  assist  with  the  routine  and  system  support
                      needs  related  to  the  performance  of  their  duties  and  provides  a  means  of  developing  greater
                      effectiveness with in the counseling and guidance program.

                             Duties and Responsibilities
                             1) Assists with scholarships, grants, post-secondary educational opportunities, military service,
                                 and other forms of career guidance as appropriate.
                             2) Assists students, parents, and teachers in locating and understanding guidance materials and
                                 resources.  Assists  the  school  counselor  with  preparation  and  process  of  registering  new
                                 students.
                             3)  Assist  school  counseling  team  with  the  preparation  and  implementation  of  new  and
                                 continuing student orientation. Assists in preparing a wide range of guidance materials.
                             4)  Maintains  Guidance  Center  information  boards  and  disseminates  factual  materials  and
                                 information to appropriate public entities.
                             5) Inputs data and maintains master calendar for guidance office.
