Your cooperation is needed to maintain an atmosphere of responsible
drinking. Please notify a manager of any intoxicated persons and take the
time to make sure that all of your co-workers are aware of the situation.
Your primary responsibility is for the safety and well-being of the guest.
Equally important is your own protection, as the law holds you
responsible if you do not adhere to the laws listed below:
6. All entertainer must present a Drink Ticket for every alcoholic drink they
consume. They must also be wearing the official wristband denoting that
they are of age to drink and not currently on the “No Drink List”.
It is against the law to:
1. Server alcohol after 2:00 AM or before 7:00 AM.
Note: All glasses must be taken up before 2:00 AM.

2. Serve a known alcoholic at any time.
3. Serve a disorderly person.
4. Serve an intoxicated person or anyone who exhibits the following
signs of intoxication:
A change in personality
Slurred speech
Loss of coordination
Irrational statements
Unable to focus or glassy/bloodshot eyes
5. Serve any person under the age of 21 or any person who does not
have/show one of the following forms of identification:
Valid state driver’s license with photo
Valid state identification card with photo
Current military identification card with photo
Current alien registration card with photo
Valid passport with photo
