6. YOUR STATION
Teamwork and professional courtesy are of utmost importance. There is no
"I" in T-E-A-M. Fighting over guests will not be tolerated. If you need help,
ask for it. If someone needs help, offer it. NEVER walk past empty bottles
or glasses and ALWAYS acknowledge an incoming guest. If you have
opened a tab with a guest who wishes to move to another section, you
MUST transfer the tab to the waitress/bartender in that section. NEVER
ask a guest to close a tab.
When working with more than one waitress, the manager will
communicate as to which section of the club you are to service and which
well you are to use. Always be aware of entire room as to cover everyone.
If a guest sits in another waitress’ section, you may greet the guest and
take the order but you must turn it over to the waitress in that area.
Guests of the club NO NOT belong to any staff member or entertainer.
We encourage you to invite friends to the club but be aware, if they sit in
another section, that waitress is obligated to wait on you friends
7. SERVICE WELL
The service well/waitress station is not a social area. Be courteous to your
co-workers and do not stand around the well and talk. Do not eat or
smoke in this area by order of the Health Department. If you are drinking a
beverage, always use a straw.
8. TICKETS
1. COMP TICKET
When a guest gives you a card for a complimentary drink, be sure to check
for the manager’s or owner’s signature. Comp Tickets are only valid for
drinks $9.00 and under. If possible, find out the reason for the comp.
