P. 119
The blind man threw off his robe and got up and they came to Jesus. Jesus said
to him what do you wish me to do for you? The blind man said to him my Lord
that I may see. Jesus said to him see your faith has healed you. He said to him
go the High Priests and offer the offering Moses has commanded to be offered
from the Law. Straightway he saw and he went on his way praising and
worshiping the Father and giving thanks to the Son.
John the brother of James said to him Teacher we saw a man casting out
demons in your name. We forbade him because he did not follow us. Jesus said
to them do not forbid him. There is no man who performs miracles in my name
who will hastily speak evil of me.
Parable Bind the Strong Man
He spoke a parable when a strong man is armed and keeps watch over his
courtyard his property is safe. If there should come one who is stronger than he.
He will be conquered. His armor in which he trusts will be destroyed and his
possessions as spoil will be divided. How can a man enter into a strong man’s
house and plunder his goods? He must first bind the strong man. Then he can
plunder his house?
