               All contractors, including those listed on the Company list of contractors, are subject
               to a periodic assessment of  their competency and OSH  performance and
               compliance with the Company OSH requirements.

               C.2.11 Emergency Preparedness and Response

               General description  of emergency preparedness and response measure by
               referring to specific emergency response plan (ERP) document

               KT1 & KT2 Water Treatment Plant has established an emergency response team
               and structure as described in section D of this report.

               In responding to any emergency scenario  foreseeable  for the plant operation, the
               Company has developed an emergency response plan.

               The Company emergency response plan is provided in Appendix C3.

               C.2.12 Other OSH Program

               Implementation of other program or initiatives

               To achieve the  OSH Policy statement, the Company has developed and
               implemented the OSH program. The level of responsibilities and involvement in the
               organization’s related roles, as well as the means and timeline for accomplishing the
               tasks, are clearly defined.

               The OSH program will be monitored and reviewed the progress at a reasonable
               interval. Besides, the organization also participates in the OSH campaign
               coordinated by external parties such as the chlorine supplier.

               C.2.12.1 Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) Program

               The Personal Protective Equipment Management Procedure (SAJ-HSE-P-14) with
               objective to  establish  a guideline to identify and communicate  personal  protective
               equipment (PPE) requirements and train personnel to ensure that appropriate PPEs
               are used to protect workers against injury or exposure to potential physical or
               chemical hazards.
