Our heroes will (usually!) find the Mys�c Score first; the villains are lost and/or

otherwise sidelined, but are s�ll in the area so the pressure is on to get the Mys�c
Score learned, rehearsed, and performed (i.e., SECOND ITERATION of the day’s tune
– repe��on for learning, and kids love seeing how things piece together/are “built”).
Culmina�on of B-story as the kids put aside any differences to work together as a
band and team.

The villains return, but the kids have mounted their MASSIVE MOBILE SOUND
SYSTEM AND BEGIN TO PLAY THE MUSIC. Some suspense with a sour note or some-
one out of tempo: will they make it BEFORE THE VILLAINS CAN PUT A STOP TO THE
PERFORMANCE?

The warriors manage to play the music properly, the BoogieWoogies emerge from
their habitats and dance, MAGIC SWIRLS, AND THE DEPLETED LAND IS RESTORED
(OR, DRAGONS DOUSED AND TAMED or the like). (i.e., THIRD AND FINAL ITERATION
OF THE TUNE – NOW COMPLETE).

EPILOGUE: our heroes leave the region, with happy locals having learned the music
and staying behind to con�nue playing (small refrain of the tune/fourth itera�on).
Our kids say bye to their bandmates and arrive home in �me for dinner and home-
work!

Addi�onally, the BeatBandits return to Chompus – assuring him that, while they
didn’t actually OBTAIN the Mys�c Score, rest assured – they can PLAY it. Then, they
rely upon Cacaw to lead them. She mangles or otherwise misremembers the tune;
or, in the rare instance she has perfect recall, the Bandits can’t play it right anyway.

Always fingers on a chalkboard for Chompus, and some sugges�on of a comeup-
pance for the Bandits as we CUT TO BLACK and …
