Never work under the influence of a medication that might impair your
ability to work safely. Refer to Vulcan’s “Drug and Alcohol Policy and
                                       Procedure” for more specific information.

3-101 Wear seat belts when operating equipment or driving Company
vehicles, whether on or off Company property.

3-102 Employees may not use electronic telecommunication devices
(ETD’s) while operating a Company motor vehicle or a personal or
rental motor vehicle on Company business unless; (1) the ETD has
hands-free capability and may be answered or dialed by a single

such that he/she must use his/her personal ETD occasionally for
Company purposes, he/she should immediately notify his/her
supervisor to have the proper equipment provided or installed without
                                       cost to the employee.

3-104 If acceptance of any call while driving could compromise safety, the
employee should allow the call to forward into voice mail for later
attention or drive to a safe area and place the vehicle in park prior to
                                       accepting the call.

3-105 Except for firearms that are maintained in a locked vehicle in
Company designated employee parking areas, employees and
visitors are not permitted to carry firearms onto Company premises
