3-107  Do not participate in horseplay of any type. Specifically, fighting,
                                      wrestling, physical aggravation, throwing material and any other
                                      similar activity is prohibited on Company premises, job sites, on
                                      route to job sites and other work situations, for employees either
                                      on or off the clock.

                               3-108  Conduct a thorough check (walk-around observation) before you
                                      start or move any machine or mobile equipment to ensure that all
                                      personnel and property are in the clear and that equipment is safe
                                      to operate.  Look before sounding horn.

                               3-109  Bend or remove all spikes or nails with points projecting outward
                                      from barrels, crates, blocking, or lumber. Properly discard all
                                      banding material.

                               3-110  Do not remove guards or enter enclosure area while machinery is
                                      in motion.

                               3-111  Check to be certain that you have properly placed barricades to
                                      prevent others from entering the danger area whenever you are
                                      working in a high place where falling materials or tools might
                                      endanger anyone passing beneath.

                               3-112  Do not walk, stand, or work on or under a suspended load.

                               3-113  Do not enter any barricaded area, unless given specific
                                      authorization to do so. Be sure to remove warning signs and
                                      barricades after they have served their purpose.

                               3-114  Do not work on or repair electrical equipment unless you have
                                      been trained and deemed qualified.

                               3-115  Inspect/examine all lifting devices, rigging, chain hoists, or hand
                                      tools for defects before using. Tag defective tools and take them
                                      out of service immediately. Report any defect(s)  to your
                                      supervisor immediately.

                               3-116  Do not walk over screw conveyors or conveyor belts, except at
                                      designated crossovers.

                               3-117  Replace guards after repairs are made.

                               3-118  Do not use materials you are not familiar with. Ask your supervisor
                                      for special safety guidelines for handling new substances. Always
                                      reference product SDS (Safety Data Sheet) and use all required
                                      personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure all containers are
                                      properly labeled with the product name and hazard warning. To
