12-110 All knives must be four inches or less and have locking type blades.
Fixed blade knives are prohibited. All razor type knives or box
cutters are prohibited unless they have a safety device that
automatically retracts or covers the blade to prevent accidental
contact.
12-111 Mezzanine or other elevated storage areas must be evaluated by
appropriate engineer to determine weight limits.
