study approach (Christensen &Johnson, 2008). The qualitative design was

collecting, analyzing, interpreting towards narrative and visual data
understanding to get view on certain phenomena (Gay, Mills, & Airasian,
2012). Meanwhile, Iskandar (2013) stated that case study research was a
method in which researcher conducted in-depth analysis about a case, so
that the conclusion and implication only could be applied at particular case.

                        2. Research Site, Access, Sampling Procedures, and Participants
My research was conducted, one state university in Jakarta, Indonesia. I
personally approached participants to take part in my research. Actually they
were from different part of provinces in Indonesia. Since they were doing
doctoral program In Jakarta so I made me easier to get the data. The reason
why I chose them was they had a great experience in writing article.
Moreover, they had had taught at university in long period of time, then they
would have the highest level of education (philosophy doctor). In this study,
a purposeful sampling with a convenience case strategy was used. According
to Merriam (1998) purposive sampling emphasizes on a criterion-based
selection of information rich cases from which a researcher can discover,
understand, and gain more insight on crucial issues for the study. In
conducting this research, I chose 4 participants in this study. They were
(pseudonyms) M1 (a faculty member at one state university in Indonesia), M2
(a faculty member at one private university in Indonesia), M3 (a faculty
member at one state university in Indonesia), and M4 (a faculty member at
one private university in Indonesia). The names of people, places, and
research site were concealed through the use of pseudonyms in order to
                     protect the rights of participants.
