             their profile variables age, civil status, highest educational attainment, monthly family income
             and years in service. (4)The attitude of the nurses in the application of Faye Abdellah’s Theory is
             related to their profile variables age, civil status, highest educational attainment, monthly family
             income and years in service.
                    In view of the above conclusions, below are the recommendations which proposed. 1.
             Nurses must engage themselves in continuing education programs and post-graduate education
             to enhance their attitude in the application of Faye Abdellah’s Theory and the like. As such,
             improvement  in  their  practice  of  profession  can  be  evident;  2.  Hospital  Administrators  must
             develop programs for p\the professional growth of their nurses. Having professional development
             programs will help nurses become more competent in the field of nursing; 3. A regular evaluation
             of the performance of the nurses should be undertaken to eventually have positive attitudes
             towards the application of different nursing theories that will improve patient’s welfare and 4.
             Future studies should be conducted to explore other variables that seem to affect the attitude of
             the nurses in the application of Faye Abdellah’s Theory and others.


                     LIVED EXPERIENCES OF TEENAGE FATHERS: A CASE STUDY

                    This study primarily determined the lived experiences of teenage fathers. Specifically,
             it looked into the following: 1) the personal profile of the respondents which included variables
             namely age, civil status, educational attainment, number of years of being a father, occupation,
             monthly family income; 2) lived experiences of teenage fathers in terms of stage of adolescence,
             primary  caregiver,  relationship  of  teenage  father  to  child,  sense  of  bonding,  relationship  of
             teenage  father  to  his  partner,  coping  mechanism  uses  by  teenage  fathers  such  as  physical,
             emotional, spiritual, and social aspect.
                    Based on the collective data, the researcher arrived at the following findings: 1) the
             respondents are basically in the young adult category, single, high school graduates, employed,
             with 1-2 years of being a father, and with the average of monthly income; 2) teenage fathers are
             in the middle stage of adolescence with became a father, bonding and attachment of father to
             child is “secure”, smoking and drinking liquor is hazardous to their health, they view fatherhood
             as a responsibility where they are the provider of the bay’s needs and security, most of the
             respondents are happy to serve their family, all are willing to learn baby staff and to do chores
             to show their importance in the fatherhood, yet nervous, shocked and surprised when they
             find out that their partner was delayed and pregnant, teenage fathers cope psychologically and
             financially through heeding their parents’ advices and assistance.
                    The  following  conclusions  were  made  based  on  the  findings  of  the  study:  majority
             of teenage fathers are in middle age of adolescence with secondary education, employed and
             with equal monthly income, give up vices like drinking alcohol and smoking, teenage fathers
