                                  MAYJAI C. MORALEDA

selected towns in Eastern Pangasinan. Specifically, this study sought to determine the initial
organizational and management procedure that could be used in establishing an alternative

on the part of those who are member of the organization, income for everyday living and
uplift of self-esteem and self-worth is provided. The establishment of Nursing Service Inc as an
alternative employment for registered nurses in Eastern Pangasinan is plausible and feasible.
