Seldom problem encountered by hemodialysis nurses to their patients while there’s no

There was a seldom problem encountered by hemodialysis nurses to their patients
while in relation to the nursing care provided by the staff nurses to these patients there’s no
             problems revealed.
From the findings of the study, it is recommended that providing a support group
helps the hemodialysis to overcome their needs and concerns in emotional, social, mental and
spiritual aspect. Our government must also provide a monetary program to help the needs of
dialysis patients regarding to their financial problems. Health care providers must give priority
to the needs and concerns of their patients. Through active listening and interaction some of
these problems like in their emotional stressors can be minimize. A positive and good working
atmosphere must always be present between the health care provider and their patients. The
implementation of the suggested measures should be assessed after a period of time in order
to determine their level of effectiveness. Other researchers can conduct research in line with the
present study to validate the findings and consider other aspects which were not covered.
