Sherry: My pleasure. I would say my best quality to fit in Singapore Girl’s

position is my FedEx personality. I am a teacher assistant in English cram
school. I need to handle around 50-80 children and parents every 2 hours. I

live to deliver my service correctly and efficiently.
沒問題。我認為我適合成為新航空服員的原因是我擁有 FedEx 一般的人格特質。我在英文補習班擔

任助教，每兩個小時的課堂上必須要服務 50-80 個學生和家長，而且使命必達。

Interviewer Kwon: I heard Taiwanese parents are not very easy going, are
they?

我聽說台灣的家長很難相處喔？

Sherry: Well, I could understand all they want is their kids will receive the
best quality of education. That’s why I always select my words when I speak to

them in order to hinder myself from7. any misunderstanding.
我可以理解家長想要小孩得到最高品質的教育，所以我在跟家長溝通的時候對用字遣詞比較謹慎，

以免引起誤會。

Interviewer Regina: But you must have met someone who was not reasonable
before, don’t didn’t you?

但你總是遇過不講理的家長吧？

Sherry: I’m not trying to play smart here and pretend I could handle
everything. But I really can’t think of one particular one now in the past

one and a half years. There were a few parents yell at us when their kids’
performance were under their expectation, but their behaviors didn’t hurt my

feeling. I never bring this kind of negative mood home.
我不想粉飾太平或表現我好像很罩，不過我現在真的沒辦法想到一個很特殊的案例。有些家長會因

為小朋友的課業表現不如他們的預期而對我們有比較情緒化的反應，不過我不會把那樣的反應放在
心上。

Interviewer Kwon: What do you usually do on at your leisure time to release

your stress?
休閒的時候你用什麼方式紓壓呢？
