Sherry: I read an article the other day on press media citeing The concept
of “mindfulness” to be a large part of meditative and somatic approaches for
mental health. I found that might be handy for me, so I do Pilates twice a week.
Getting my blood moving releases endorphins and can improve my mood almost
instantaneously. This system of mindfulness incorporates physical and mental

exercises, helping me to prevent stress from becoming a problem. I am also

maintaining friendships with outsiders, for this gives myself more chances to talk
about my problems and gets some wise advices from different point of views.
我曾經讀過一篇報導說「專注力」是達到身心靈健康的重要因素,我覺得蠻有道理的,所以每周會
做 2 次皮拉提斯。適當的運動會讓我的新陳代謝變好,腦內啡也能改善負面的情緒。身心平衡的情
況下也讓我不容易因為壓力而失控。除了運動之外我也和在不同產業工作的朋友維持很好的關係,
在遇到不順心的事時,聽聽別人的意見也是很好的解決方式。
Interviewer Kwon: You seems like a smooth person, right?
所以你是一個情緒很平穩的人囉?
Sherry: Yes, I am. I am typical Taurus. Not a drama queen at all.
我是喔!我是很典型的金牛座,情緒化對我來說是另一個世界的東西。
