4/TEST PROCEDURES

Hose Assembly Procedure: Quantity Part Number

1. Place a ferrule over each end of Test Apparatus:
the hose. (Two sizes of ferrules are Parts Required

2. Insert nipple in one end of the Cylinder Wrench 1 0219-3412-800
hose. Crimp the ferrule. Small Cylinder Truck (Optional) 1 0311-1012-600
Extender Cable 1 0175-2367-000
3. Wrap Teflon®* Tape on male Extender Vac. Hose w/Bleed Valve 1 See Figure 19
threads of the check unit, and Small (D or E) Oxygen Cylinder
install check unit into nipple. Ground Conductor 6' Obtain locally
4. Insert adapter kit in the other end
of the hose. Crimp the ferrule.
