2.10 Area Alarm Module ROM Error

1. An Area Alarm Module displays error code A 05.
Yes No
↓ → Go to “Final Actions” on page 2-7.

2. Area Alarm Module is connected properly.
Yes No
↓ → Connect the Area Alarm Module properly (refer to procedure 4.9
on page 4-26). If this solves the problem, go to “Final Actions”
on page 2-7. Otherwise, go to step 3.

3. Area Alarm Module is working correctly.
Yes No
↓ → Replace the Area Alarm Module (refer to procedure 4.9 on page
4-26). If this solves the problem, go to “Final Actions” on page
2-7. Otherwise, go to step 4.

4. If the problem still exists, call Hill-Rom Technical Support at
(800) 445-3720.

2.11 Battery Low on Master Alarm

1. Battery Low displays on the Master Alarm.
Yes No
↓ → Go to “Final Actions” on page 2-7.

2. Check the Master Alarm’s battery voltage. It is approximately 2.9 V DC.

Yes No
↓ → Replace the Master Alarm’s battery (refer to procedure 4.3 on
page 4-12). If this solves the problem, go to “Final Actions” on
page 2-7. Otherwise, go to step 3.

3. If the problem still exists, call Hill-Rom Technical Support at
(800) 445-3720.
