LIVID. Many people just get livid. They lose

it. They become angry, and they take offense.

They may not react in an overt way at the

time, but the rest of their day is resentful or

bitter. They try to ‘bury’ what happens, but

they bury it alive, not dead, so it rises from the

dead to haunt them. This I call living in a LIVID

              state.

LITIGATE. This person does choose to react in an overt way

that is usually negative. They often give someone a piece of

their mind that they can’t afford to lose. This is ‘taking action’

                                                                   against a person or problem,

                                                                   much like you would take

                                                                   action against a person by

                                                                   suing them for damages, or

                                                                   by divorcing a spouse. Or

                                                                   they may hit someone, abuse

them — or throw a temper

                                                                   tantrum.

Regardless, they take overt, physical action.

LOOSE. The third choice is what I call ‘loosing’ someone or

something. By this I mean you don’t take OWNERSHIP over a

situation — or said another way, you don’t let it take ownership

over you. You have already decided, before your feet hit the

floor, that you were going to reign over the day, and not let the
