In order to win, you must play the entire game. Our thought
must be, “I am not going to quit, no matter what the cost. I will
see this thing through, and make it turn out the best I can.”
We all face failure in life, but we’re not TOTAL failures until
we say, “I quit.” Success is just making as few mistakes as
possible, because we all make “misstates.”
The Choice Is Yours
“Life is a series of choices, but the decisions are yours.” As a
lawyer and counselor, I see life being about constant choices.
Whether we react poorly, or respond rightly, is in our control:
“What happens to you, as important as it may be, is not half as
important as how you respond to what happens to you.”
We most often respond to unwanted situations in one of three
ways (those pesky mosquitoes in the form of problems and
problem people I mentioned):
(1) Livid,
(2) Litigate,
(3) Loose.
