I truly hope that the lightbulb is going o in your head right now! If
you've had the misfortune of working with multiple "agencies" and

keep getting the same results time after time, this is why.

Speaking of these agencies, there's an in ux of "social media
marketing" agencies popping up all over the world because there's a
true void to ll in the marketplace. This is because marketing and

advertising has indeed switched to the internet and companies need
to have a presence online to compete today. But like I said before,
most of them are glori ed tacticians that got their skill set from
                      some internet "guru".

Most of the daily phone solicitations and spam you get in your inbox
is coming from that crowd. This is because the "guru" that they
learned from taught them that this is how to get clients. I don't

necessarily like that approach because I would rather deal with
willing participants, instead of victims of circumstance who can't say
no to a good sales pitch.

We have been in this game long enough to know what works and
what doesn't. So people who can resonate with our message, and
our approach to marketing are the people that we want to work
with. Tacticians, on the other hand tend not to care much if what

they have to o er will get results for their clients, they just seem to
                      just want more clients.

This not only goes for the "small fry's" out there, but especially

applies to those national conglomerates that people tend to trust
so much. I'm not going to name any names...
