           REAGENTS                                                (Picture - 9)

           FP-DMAB Solution:  Dissolve 1. 6g of p - Dimethyl    FMeasure OD of the Std. Urea against Blank using
              Amino Benzaldehyde in 100ml of Alcohol and 10ml      Colorimeter  at  420  nm.  A  plot  of  OD  vs.  Urea

                                                                PROCEDURE
           FZinc Acetate: Dissolve 22.0g of zinc acetate, LR

                                                                FShake  it  well  and  stand  for  10minutes  in
           FStandard urea solution: Take 0.5g urea AR grade        refrigerator. Read OD at 420nm against a reagent
              is  dissolved  in  distilled  water  and  make  up  to   blank of 5ml distilled water and 5ml of p-DMAB.
              100ml. This solution contains 5mg urea per ml.       (Picture - 13)


           FPotassium Ferrocyanide Solution: Dissolve 10.6
              gm Potassium ferrocyanide solution LR Grade in
              water and made up to 100 ml.
