ungodly people are present can be adversely

influenced to succumb to the enticement and

allurement of the ungodly and worldly

pleasures and lifestyles that the unbeliever or

wayward Christian appears to be enjoying —

because although it was impossible for Jesus

to be enticed by sin when He lived among

sinners, it is possible for born-again Christians

to be enticed by sin because our sinful nature

(the “flesh,” the “old man”) is not eradicated

when we’re regenerated by God’s Holy

Spirit, and that sinful nature can be tempted

and detrimentally influenced by the ungodly
